Your job is not an easy one but you all do it with a loving heart.

Michelene Kay, Tom Makowski & Ralph Makowski, Family Member

My brothers and I would like to thank all the staff, nurses, care givers, office employees, cooks and everyone who took such wonderful care of our mother, Genevieve McCaige, who was in room #110. Our mom was a resident in Bronson for 2 years and 3 months. She was always kept physically clean, dressed in clean clothes and many time even had her nails polished. Your facility never has an odor and is very clean. The most impressive and important fact was that the entire staff always treated all the residents with a smile and always knew them by name. There were many hugs shared and you were all extremely patient with them, sometimes at very difficult moments. Many of the residents never seemed to have family members visit them but you all made a difference to them by the loving, caring and compassion you showed to everyone. Your job is not an easy one but you all do it with a loving heart and may God bless you for your efforts in a very stressful environment.
