You can genuinely see that Al and Dawn care for the patients they see

Orthopedic Techs don’t get a lot of recognition, but there are two in particular that always come into our office with a smile (yes, I can see it in their eyes) and are so kind to our patients. From the little kiddo that is frightened that they have a broken bone to the elderly patient that just needs a little extra care, these two come in and always bring sunshine to what has the potential to be an overwhelming experience. You can genuinely see that they care for the patients they see as they continually go the extra mile to put them at ease. A big thank you to Al and Dawn – their efforts to comfort our patients does not go unnoticed and is appreciated greatly.
