Here’s the deal, my mother, father, as well as myself have been admitted several times for various medical conditions …. from carotid artery surgery to infected bee stings requiring days of infusions. With absolute confidence, I can attest to the outstanding care we all have received over several years. The entire staff has always been caring, supportive, professional, and very competent. The interaction the staff has with the patients is outstanding. Currently, my father has had severe complications after an aortic valve replacement at Cleveland Clinic and the Doctors here are all “on their game”. After having also had medical procedures at Borgess, Cleveland Clinic, as well as the U of M, we all prefer Bronson / Battle Creek being our primary care facility. Special kudos to my Dad’s current RN Jennifer.
