Whenever I call IT she is unfailingly nice

I just want to give a shout out to Bonnie Johnson from the IT helpdesk. Whenever I call IT she is unfailingly nice, always has a joke and a laugh to share, and just embodies positivity. I’m sure when I’m calling to get my account unlocked and it’s the 20th one she’s done that day it gets a little tedious, but Bonnie always acts like there’s nothing she would like to do more than help you. Usually when I’m calling with a computer issue I’m feeling a little frustrated, but whenever I talk to Bonnie I always leave the conversation with a smile!
