What wonderful customer service
Yesterday I had an appointment at Bronson Gastroenterology in Portage. I accidentally was in the wrong building (I was in Bronson Sleep Specialists). Immediately, the woman working at the second desk when you walk in the door went out of her way to show me exactly where to go – since I was walking and had no idea which building it was. What wonderful customer service! It made my whole day and I just wanted to say thank you.
