What a special feeling that was

I recently had two pretty serious surgeries within a 24 hour period at Bronson. Of course, this required many visits prior to and after my surgeries. I cannot say enough wonderful things about all of the people in both Dr. Kasten’s office and Dr. Vaddineni’s. From office staff, to Nicole the scheduler, to the nurses and the PA’s as well as Pam, the radiologist, the positivity was obvious.

I had a  follow up visit this past week and, as usual, they were ready for me, my file was out on the desk, I was taken to x-ray within minutes, and was in a room soon after. The nurse had remembered that I needed one of the larger rooms because I always grabbed a wheelchair at the parking lot entry way to help me walk into the office. When I walked in on my own this past week without a chair, people clapped and congratulated me. What a special feeling that was. This is only on instance in many that make me feel my choice of Bronson for my surgery was the right one.
