Since starting my role as executive chef at Bronson Methodist Hospital, I have made a huge effort to expand our purchasing of local food. Not only is this a way to make sure our patients, visitors and employees are eating safe, healthy food, but we’re also supporting the local economy and giving back to our local farmers and business owners!
