Went above and beyond the “requirements” of her job to help make me comfortable

Trish S. from HSA went above and beyond the “requirements” of her job to help make me comfortable while staying with a close friend in the hospital. I am a self-proclaimed “germaphobe” and the anti-bacterial dispenser in the room was jammed, causing great anxiety for me. She took it upon herself to try to fix it and was able to fix it after about 10 minutes of persistent effort.
