We were kept well informed

My 90 year old mother was a patient on first floor ortho unit after having a leaking aneurysm repaired by interventional radiologist. The care she and our family received was exceptional. We were kept well informed by physicians and nursing staff. Special shout out and thank you to nurse Jack on the day shift and Dr. Ghonimy. As a retired critical care RN, I have never seen a physician call a family member and give an update like Dr. Ghonimy. He and nurse Jack deserve special recognition for their excellent care and beside manor.
