Working for Bronson Battle Creek has been a really positive experience. All of the different departments work well together, and we all have really great communication between us.

In our particular department, it doesn’t matter whose patient we’re treating, we all help each other out to make sure the patient has the best care. If there’s something one of us doesn’t know or we don’t specialize in that certain area, we can refer the patient to someone who is.

Bronson is all-inclusive. It’s not just about fixing someone’s knee, we treat the whole person. We consider where they’re coming from, what their background is, and what the situation was that brought them to us – not just what’s wrong with their knee. Bronson facilitates that.
