I went to Paw Paw Lakeview for 2 CT scans in one week. The second one was my first ever with contrast and I was beyond nervous. My technician was a young man named Victor. He was confident and kind, putting me at ease while just doing his job. Just that one smile and welcoming tone of voice changed my stressed out day enough to calm me for the procedure.
