Triage Nurses are the true MVPs!

I’m a new employee to Bronson and I recently had some issues with my diabetes while working and while contacting my doctor’s office for guidance, Lori was the triage nurse on the phone with me the whole time walking me through step-by-step what I needed to do until help arrived. She was calm, which I needed as I was not. She asked all the correct questions to dispatch help. Within a matter of minutes, there were 3-4 other triage nurses (sorry I didn’t get your names) by my side until EMS arrived.  I have never experienced such an event and knowing I had qualified yet compassionate nurses to assist me eased my mind tremendously.
