Today we recognize six BBC emergency department RNs for their commitment to safety, quality and exceptional care experiences.

Steve Conine, Scott Blanchard, Michelle Byrd, Jason Elliot, Heather Merveldt, Kristin Snyder and Jennifer Wilder committed time and energy to receive specialized decontamination training.  Once complete, they put their learning into practice, developed training materials, and organized and presented training for the ED team.  They have helped prepare our team for crisis action – created learning that is both fun and educational – and become expert resources and advocates for strengthened response here at BBC.

Thanks to Scott, Michelle, Jason, Heather, Kristin and Jennifer for helping as we seek continuous improvement.  And thanks to employees, physicians and volunteers across BBC who accept a new challenge and help make all of us better.
