To reduce energy consumption at this level is a real accomplishment

As an energy advisor for Consumers Energy, it is great working with an organization like Bronson that is dedicated to reducing energy consumption. We recently presented Bronson Battle Creek with a rebate check of $62,364. This amount represents the dollars saved by cutting back on energy in 2018. Some of these savings were seen because of their efforts to replace/upgrade chillers at the hospital and at the Fieldstone Center, as well as upgrades to all the lighting throughout the hospital to more energy-efficient options.

Cutting back on energy use is difficult for companies of all sizes and industries – especially healthcare. So much of the hospital requires energy-burning technology and facilities, so to reduce energy consumption at this level is a real accomplishment!
