This was life saving

Donald Southwell, Patient

I stopped smoking on July 1, 2019. After three months had passed of being abstinent, I still had a cough and was put on antibiotics and steroids on October 1, 2019. On October 12th, I started to cough up blood clots. On October 16th, I was admitted to Bronson Battle Creek. After a CAT scan with dye revealed I had some serious issues internally, I was transferred to the cardiology unit at Bronson Methodist Hospital for surgery. A cardiac window was surgically done to remove pressure off my heart. In turn, this allowed for me to begin chemotherapy for the lung cancer that was found as a result of that cough. (cough is gone ), this was life saving in my account. Thank you for your care in my welfare.
