My wife and I both contracted COVID-19 recently. As I was feeling better and she worse, I have some questions about the quarantine period that were not answered on t he CDC website. I called the number for Bronson Care Advisors and talked to Terry Libbricht. She tried to answer my question and we hung up. About 20 minutes later, she called back, even though I had not left my phone number and said she was feeling weird about her answer to me. She researched it some more, reaching out to others for the answer, and wanted to share the new information with me. This kind of customer service and desire to do the right thing is what sets Bronson and Terry apart from the other healthcare providers in the region.
