This act is one of the nicest things I have ever heard of
I have a first cook, Kevin Petroff, who donated a car to a coworker, Steven Drouin, who did not have one. This act is one of the nicest things I have ever heard of.
Steven Drouin is a veteran and had been riding the bus or riding his bike over five miles to work. Kevin felt drawn to donate the car to Steven not only because he knew he was riding his bike to work but also that Steven was a veteran that served his country.
When asked about Kevin’s donation, Steven said, “I don’t know what to say about Kevin’s kindness. I am not use to such selflessness. I offered to pay for it, but he said ‘No. Winter is coming and I hate to see anyone riding their bike. I want you to have it.’”
Steven continued, “Driving again is going to make simple tasks like going to work or grocery shopping much easier and convenient. At this time I don’t know how to ‘pay it forward’, but when the time comes, I will think of Kevin’s act of kindness. Such a great example of a person making a difference in our community.”
Kevin is a very dedicated and hardworking employee that has a passion for customer service. He demonstrates Bronson Positivity by taking a real mentor role with new employees and cares about them as people not just employees.
