They were calm and collected and that helped us to stay calm through all of the chaos.
On May 27th late in the evening, I started having what I thought was Braxton Hicks contractions. As the night progressed they got more frequent and stronger by the minute. At 12:57 On May 28th my husband decided to call for an ambulance realizing these contractions may be the real thing. The emt’s who responded were in for more than any of us had bargained for! Jesse Roder and Aaron Hartle arrived at our home about 15 minutes after we called, and at 1:18 am on Memorial Day these amazing gentlemen delivered our baby girl. There was a total of 21 minutes between my husband placing the call and these paramedics bringing our precious little girl into the world. We never would have made it to the hospital! These 2 men were absolutely amazing and are now a part of our family eternally, we are so greatful they were there that night and couldn’t have asked for a better duo to arrive at our home. They were calm and collected and that helped us to stay calm through all of the chaos as Well! We are forever indebted to the VBEMS staff and these 2 men!
