They took care of her like she was the most important person in the world

I want to share a giant thank you to Bronson Methodist Hospital medical intensive care unit (MICU) staff. As a former employee of BMH and resident of Kalamazoo I’m so proud of you. My aunt was recently on a ventilator in the MICU unit and our family cannot be more thankful for the amazing care she received while there, even if her outcome wouldn’t of been as great as it was.

I quote my family, “They addressed every question we had, never made us feel stupid for asking and listened to our comments about who our family member is as a person.”

They took care of her like she was the most important person in the world. Means a lot to me and my family. ❤️ Thank you so much.
