They stopped what they were doing to care for us

Yesterday while visiting a family member in the hospital I had my dad in a wheelchair and my mom with dementia trying to navigate our way to the room. We were lost and not even close to our destination and two gentlemen dressed professionally with name tags which I only got their first names, Kirk and Dan, navigated us to the room which was a distance and showed such compassion and desire to show Positivity! They stopped what they were doing to care for us. This was beyond professional and completely displayed Bronson’ s commitment to complete care! We felt as though angels were with us for a heartfelt visit and they truly were. Thank you for demonstrating human kindness from all the staff including your upper management team.
