They managed to make a scary experience for a little kid into a pretty positive one

I wish I had taken note of their names, but I had to take my 2 year old for a blood draw at the lab next to the Portage Rambling Road office. The two phlebotomists who came to do the draw were so sweet and patient with my little guy. They played with him while we waited before the draw and picked out the perfect stickers for him after to chase the booboos away! I was very impressed with how they managed to make a scary experience for a little kid into a pretty positive one.
