They both seem to be taking this all in stride with wonderful attitudes
I was working the flu clinic this past Saturday and had the privilege of working alongside the COVID-19 testing clinic workers, who were the wonderful folks from phlebotomy. After talking with two of them, both of whom have not had a single day of training to be a phlebotomist since being hired and getting roped into the COVID testing ranks full-time, I realized that they are working long hours without breaks or lunch some days to help contain the spread of COVID-19 in our community. I felt a sense of gratitude and humility as they both seem to be taking this all in stride with wonderful attitudes and I sensed they appreciated that they are able to help others in such a meaningful and impactful way. I will not share names, mostly because I do not remember them, but I wanted to share my experience as it uplifted me on a beautiful Saturday morning in Kalamazoo. Thanks again to everyone at Bronson for all that you do for each other, your loved ones, and your community.
