The WHOLE team went over and beyond

My son (5yrs old) was very sick. I questioned myself on if I should take him to the Emergency Department(ED). After calling the care advisors they stated that he needed to go NOW.

I walked into Bronson South Haven ED holding my son like an infant wrapped in a blanket. I was as nervous and scared. The WHOLE team went over and beyond. The PSA was great she was calm and gathered all the information that was needed. She even walked us to the back. We were greeted by two RN’s once we were in our room a total of three RN’s and the PA named Seth came right in. After agreeing on treatments and testing Dr. Mikulski came to go over everything and just had an amazing bedside manner. While doing his exam he made it as if it was a game. End our convo by asking my son what he would like to be when he grew up. Seth came to check on him and ended up walking us to the restroom and talking with me about what he does for his children and what would work for my son. Honestly, it was such a great experience I will always come to South Haven 1st!
