The staff in the ED were so professional, kind, and patient

I was sent to Bronson ED after a visit at the urgent care here in Portage. The staff in the ED were so professional, kind, and patient. There was one gal who was becoming frustrated because of the length of time she had already waited. One of the staff members took the time to sit down beside her, explain why there was such a long wait, and just to simply listen to her frustration.

I ended up being admitted to the hospital to have my appendix taken out. I don’t have one complaint from my time there. Every staff member I met was so kind and eager to do whatever they could to make me comfortable. I was in room E107 from September 20 – 21. I specifically had Angel, Victor, Jamie, and Chris (I think that was her name. 😅). Your staff is the real deal. They truly have hearts of gold. I’m proud to call Bronson Methodist Hospital my hospital. 💖💯💖
