The people performing tests were clearly competent, very thorough and very careful

In the last few weeks, I have had four tests: a blood test, a pulmonary function test, a stress test and an echocardiogram. In each and every cast the people performing them were clearly competent, very thorough and very careful. They explained to me what they were doing and why, what the purposes of the tests were, and each test went smoothly and quickly. Most important to me however, is they showed that they cared about me and that they cared about being of service to me as a patient and as a person. They took the time to put me at ease and make me comfortable. I’m very grateful to all of them and hope that you will share this with them.
