The patients are a part of our family, and they’re what keep me coming back

I always make an effort to develop a relationship with our patients. I talk to them, I hug them, I say “It is good to see you.” As the person who does a lot of their scheduling I learn what their personal needs are. I get close to them and they feel close to us. The patients are a part of our family, and they’re what keep me coming back. We’ve known some of these patients for a very long time and we become very connected to them. In good and bad, we’re with them.
