The compassion of the entire staff was very much appreciated

Carmen Triezenberg, Family Member

I want to thank the Emergency Department at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. Our Mom fell and was brought in by ambulance a few days before Christmas. We learned she was in heart failure and her passing was imminent. We were all given time to be with her as a family unit. The compassion of the entire staff from Check-In to the Doctors and Nurses was very much appreciated.

While we waited for a bed they made sure we had water, coffee or tea, as well as snacks on a cart.  They also continued to check on us to see if they could help in any way.

They knew this was a sudden development for her health and just knowing the comfort and support they gave us was genuine and sincere, made a world of difference for us. She passed peacefully on Christmas Eve.

Thank you from The Curry Family
