The BBC Emergency Department staff did a remarkable job

‘Thank you’ to the Bronson Battle Creek Emergency Department (ED) team for an exceptional care experience that involved another staff member.

Earlier this fall, a BBC employee was working when a family member with a medical crisis arrived in the ED. The team member has shared with me that the Emergency Department staff did a remarkable job from both a clinical and a compassion standpoint. Staff worked tirelessly to save the patient – and the team also assured outstanding care and comfort was being delivered to the impacted employee and others in the family. A great example of holistic care.
