Duane was wonderful with my 89 year old mom on Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019! He asked her many questions and listened patiently to the answers. He took time to explain the entire MRI procedure. He told us how long it would take. Everything went as he had described. The amount of time and attention he gave was reassuring. The “icing on the cake” was when he wheeled mom out to our car! Thank you, Duane! Thank you, Bronson!
