Thanks to Darlene for her consistent, daily care and dedication to our visitors

Today we recognize BBC greeter Darlene Green for being a problem solver and delivering exceptional care experiences.

Recently, while working at our outpatient center information desk, Darlene was approached with a concern. A woman shared the struggles that her aging mother was having with medical supplies. Darlene listened carefully and then offered to help connect the woman to Bronson staff members who might be able to assist. Darlene contacted our Bronson at Home team – literally ‘pulled up a chair’ for the woman and put them on the phone together – and our BAH nurses were able to address the challenges and provide a solution. Thanks to Darlene’s curiosity, resourcefulness, and commitment to delivering exceptional care . . . the woman reports that her mother is now flourishing and moving forward.

Thanks to Darlene Green for her consistent, daily care and dedication to our visitors at BBC. And thanks to staff across Bronson who demonstrate the power of listening (seek first to understand) as we seek to deliver exceptional care experiences.
