I did something silly and spilled water on my laptop while finishing my work for the night. Obviously, the next day the machine wouldn’t work. I placed a call to our IT support line and left a message and within 4 hours Sam Dixon was in my office swapping my machine out for a new one. He even managed to save all of my files and transfer them flawlessly between devices!

I honestly almost never cross paths face to face with our Information Technology teammates, but there’s no way I could even come close to managing my load and caring for my patients without their help. They are always fast, always helpful, and always reliable, and they deserve lots of credit for being the unseen heroes of our team! Thanks, IT and Sam Dixon!
