This is Thanksgiving week and my Winner Wednesday today recognizes the outstanding administrative team that works with me in our efforts to deliver exceptional care experiences here at BBC.

I am very proud of all that we are accomplishing around quality, safety, service and cost. It would not be possible without the talented and dedicated work of Dorothy Malcolm, Shaun Phillips, Nancy Radcliff, Dan Stewart and Lori VanNortwick. I am thankful every day for their leadership and commitment to advancing this organization – and their skill in working with you to accomplish great things for Battle Creek.
