Thank you Plastics staff for going above and beyond

I went to Bronson Plastics and Surgery Specialists in Portage Dr. Alan Stephens. The front desk staff, and MA’s are so kind and helpful. Every time I called for an appointment or needed to be fit in they were able to accommodate me. The MA’s always responded via MyChart, followed up on my concerns. Dr. Alan did my surgery in December of 2021 and I am very pleased with the results. From my consult to my day of surgery and my post op visits. I appreciate his kind tone, and optimistic nature, and just all around bedside manner. I wish to have more work done in the future by him. I don’t think I would choose anyone else. Thank you Plastics staff for going above and beyond.
