Thank you ladies for your dedication to your patients

I had to have some blood work drawn today, and the BMH lab was really busy. Val and Maryann were the only ones here- you could tell they were so busy, but they both went above and beyond. They were both so warm and accommodating, I felt truly cared for and important. I am just blown away by the impression that they left on me in such a short interaction. Their teamwork and communication with each other was superior, and it was just a wonderful place to be today. Thank you ladies for your dedication to your patients!
