While I was waiting on my spouse to finish his physical therapy, I had the pleasure of overhearing KATHLEEN VAN FULPEN converse with a new patient.

In all my years hearing intake/registration people work with those who come to the registration window, I have never heard such caring and compassion come from anyone like Ms. Van Fulpen did today. She was not only kind but very patient with this new patient. She assured him at every step and explained to his satisfaction what the process would be.
