Thank you for making my mom feel so special

I want to thank all of the wonderful staff of  General Surgery Unit (GSU) that took great care of my mom during her recent stay. She is generally very shy, extremely afraid of needles & doesn’t connect with others very easy.  All of the nurses and PCA’s made her feel like family. I saw her open up in a way she never has before. I was there everyday throughout the day and the care I saw was heartwarming as a current employee, and as someone concerned for her mother. Thank you for making my mom feel so special and for validating one of the many reasons I am proud to be an employee of Bronson.
