Thank you, Bronson, for providing excellent communication and care for John

My husband had a stroke on May 20th. He was transported via ambulance to Bronson. Of course, I could not go with him as people were not allowed in the ambulance nor in Bronson because of the pandemic. He arrived at Bronson at approximately 6:45 pm. Shortly after his arrival, Bronson called to update me on his condition. Throughout the night, Bronson also called me several times to keep me updated. John was in Bronson for eight days before being transferred to Mary Free Bed in Grand Rapids. During his stay at Bronson, the staff set up WebEx so that myself, our son, who was in Kalamazoo, and our other son who lives in the UK could communicated with him. We did this several times during the days he was in Bronson. Thank you, Bronson, for providing excellent communication and care for John while he was in your facility.
