Thank you so much to Austin, RN at Bronson Lakeview ER. Austin quickly built a rapport with my son when we went into the ER last night, and did not just explain things to me, his mother, but to Austin as well in an age appropriate manner. He did what he could to make Austin smile while he was feeling so terribly, and made a bad day so much better for both of us.
