Thank you Audra

I just had an Echocardiogram at Lake View Community Hospital in Paw Paw this afternoon.  The technician that administered the test was “Audra.”  She was patient, reassuring and and very pleasant.  She explained every part of the test.  I have Interstitial Lung Disease and she knew, even on O2, that I was quite winded when I got to the Imaging room.  When we were all finished, she stated she would be happy to get a wheelchair and take me out to my car, so I wouldn’t have to walk the length of the hospital.  This was above and beyond, and I want you to know, she is a very kind and special staff member.  Thank you Audra!!!
