Thank you all for the great work you do

Last August my doctor sent me to the hospital from his office. I had been ill for some time not realizing how serious it was. From the moment I entered the emergency department (ED) to admission I received exceptional care. The ED nurse encouraged the doctor to send me to urgent care unit, saving my life I think, as I encountered some serious issues. The care in this unit and the sharp intervention of the unit doctor pulled me through. I continued to get better and upon release the case manager arranged for visiting nurse and wound care visits. In time I got better and today I am back to my old self. I never expressed my appreciation properly to the professionals who gave me such exceptional care and am pleased I can do so today. Bronson Battle Creek is the best. Thank you all for the great work you do.
