Thank goodness for Susan at the Bronson Battle Creek Urgent Care Center. My son needed to be seen for a sore throat on a Sunday when his PCP was closed. Susan was very good at explaining everything and making him feel comfortable during his visit and strep testing. I appreciate her effort and time, even when my son was not feeling well and not very interactive. I am grateful to have this service in our community to offer after hours and weekend hours. He was able to start antibiotics right away and get feeling better.
