Teamwork in the face of adversity

Today we feel compelled to again recognize staff across our Bronson entities in Calhoun County for teamwork in the face of adversity.

In particular, we want to highlight the exceptional team effort at Fieldstone as they faced the challenges of our power outage last week.  From the creative efforts of our plant and maintenance team . . . to the strong departmental partnerships in behavioral health, HelpNet, Sexual Assault Services and Bronson at Home . . . to the many departments who provided support and assistance.  Through it all, our Fieldstone units showed dedication and commitment to the delivery of exceptional care experiences and overcame the challenges to serve our patients and their families.
