She made me feel so much better just by the kindness and understanding she showed me
Tasha is Robert Gorman’s nurse at Bronson Orthopedic Trauma, Foot & Ankle Specialists. I had foot surgery with Dr. Gorman. 2 weeks prior to my foot surgery, I had another medical issue come up with a skin cancer scare on the same leg I was having foot surgery for. I had to make several phone calls and emails back and forth between my primary care provider’s office and Dr. Gorman’s office because it had to be determined if I would need to re-schedule my foot surgery. Tasha was so helpful to me through all of the emails and phone calls. She returned my calls and emails promptly. I was able to have the surgery as planned. My recovery was much worse than anticipated and Tasha showed me nothing but compassion and understanding every time we spoke and when she checked me in for all of my follow up appointments. I made numerous calls to the office for medication refills and for questions with problems I was having. Tasha never once acted annoyed or frustrated with my repeated questions. I have been a Bronson employee for 35 years but it’s never easy when you find yourself on the patient side of things, so I just want to recognize her and let this office and Bronson know they are lucky to have her. My recovery was rough and she made me feel so much better just by the kindness and understanding she showed me. I have thanked her for her help and kindness but don’t feel that is enough. They say kindness goes a long way and I would like for her to know her kindness and compassion helped me through a very rough recovery.
