For me, working at Bronson has been a great experience. As an IT Analyst, my manager Brian Wright has always been my greatest supporter. Through the daily challenges as well as the rough times, he has always shown me support. I could not have asked for a better manager. With the right team and the ‘Wright’ manager, you can overcome every obstacle!

Bronson recently announced a base pay raise of 6% for all employees. A proverb states, “A bowl of soup, without a pinch of salt, would be tasteless”. It is the small things in life that count, and for me, I am grateful to work at an organization where employees are appreciated and recognized! I send tremendous gratitude to everyone at Bronson who helped make the decision to recognize all of us for our dedication during these challenging COVID-19 times.
