Steve and Sandy at our pharmacy have been so awesome

I have been employed with Bronson for about 3 months. Through my last employer I was not able to afford a medication. My cost out of pocket with a prior authorization & manufacturer coupon was $762.00 and there is no generic option and I’m allergic to so many meds. With our insurance using Bronson South Haven pharmacy having a prior authorization and a manufacturer coupon it was $35.00! Steve and Sandy at our pharmacy have been so awesome working to get this taken care of for me. I truly cannot thank them enough. These are the things that you do not get at your big box pharmacies… customer service! I am so appreciative for such great insurance and them for going the extra mile.
