Special people like Lynn are appreciated

Lynn, an on call triage nurse, went way above and beyond while helping my mother-in-law figure out how to handle her diabetic issues after hours on a weekend. My mother-in-law ran out of supplies for her insulin pump. She had to go back to needles and figuring out how much and what kind of insulin to take. Lynn got a script called in for needles and long lasting insulin. Lynn even called back the next morning to make sure she was doing all right. Who makes follow up calls anymore? Special people like Lynn do this and need to know they’re appreciated. Thanks a lot.
