Sisters deliver babies on same day!
Sisters: Samantha is holding Raelynn, and Katrina is holding Jeramie.
Samantha and Katrina and their families reside in Battle Creek. The sisters have always been close, but never did they think they would deliver their babies at the same hospital, on the same day, close to the same weight and within a few hours of each other! Samantha was overdue by a few days and went to Bronson BirthPlace – Battle Creek on Sunday night to be induced. That same evening, Katrina’s water broke and at 10:30 p.m. she was also at the Bronson BirthPlace – Battle Creek. The following day – Monday – Katrina delivered a healthy baby boy, Jeramie, at 4:35 p.m., weighing in at 7 lbs. .5 ozs. At 6:21 p.m. Samantha delivered a beautiful baby girl, Raelynn, weighing in at 7 lbs. 4 ozs. Moms and babies are all doing well and appreciate the care they’ve received at Bronson Battle Creek. Another coincidence – Samantha and Katrina had the same delivery team. Both babies were delivered by Dr. Lindsay Wriston and Dr. Jeffrey Custer with Grace Health.
