Four nurses from Bronson Methodist Hospital were recently recognized with the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses. The award is given out on a quarterly basis and celebrates nurses who go above-and-beyond to provide an exceptional healthcare experience for their patients and the family members of patients.

Tracy, one of the 2019 Q1 recipients, was recognized by a former patient who shares:

KUDOS to Tracy Jackson in outpatient surgery – side A. She greeted me in a friendly manor at a very early 5:30 a.m. appointment. Her bedside manner made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her expertise in starting my IV was amazing as I have difficult veins to find. She was very informative, detailed and non-hurried in her approach. She kept me updated as to what I should expect next. She truly made my pre-op experience less stressful!
