She was so incredibly nice

I have been dreading calling my physician’s office to schedule my second shingles vaccination and also give the name of a physician that I have chosen regarding a vascular referral I need. I finally called Dr. Klanseck’s office (South Haven), and spoke with Sarah regarding both of the above. She was so incredibly  nice, that it really made my day. This “small” call may seem trite, but on the patient end of this business, having a health care professional talk to me in such a manner–and to ALL patients–is extremely important. Her manner was not only nice, but CARING and she was interested in me, not being dismissive or making me feel like “just another patient.” Please, kudos to Sarah–please let her know that her manner in talking to patients makes a BIG difference.
