She was like a ray of sunshine

Several years ago I had gone to a lab and had been poked a total of 8 times by two different people who couldn’t find my veins, so I have been putting off labs for several weeks dreading my visit. When I arrived at Bronson South Haven lab, Sheyenne was so friendly and immediately put me at total ease. Sheyenne kept up a friendly conversation during the visit to calm my nerves and most important, she got my vein in ONE try, which has never happened before!!! I didn’t even get any bruises afterwards like I have in the past. She was like a ray of sunshine and I am so grateful for her cheerful, friendly manner and her skills. Bronson South Haven is lucky to have a stellar employee like her!
